Пока в iTunes Store Ukraine есть не все приложения (скрипт проверки я привёл в предыдущей статье), переключаться нет смысла. Но есть академический интерес. Поэтому и задаются вопросы.

Ответ на мой вопрос:

I understand you would like to know if you will still be able to update your applications that you purchased from the Russia iTunes Store when you move to the Ukraine.

I certainly realize your concern with knowing if you will be able to update your applications in a different country and I will assist you to the best of my ability.

Oleg, you will still be able to update the applications that you purchased under the Russia iTunes Store account.

Please keep mind that you will need to change the country of the iTunes Store from the Ukraine to Russia in order to update the apps purchased in Russia. If you have available store credit on your account the balance must be depleted before you switch the country of your iTunes Stores.

When you change countries, you will no longer receive application update notifications in iTunes for the apps you purchased in your original country.

However, you will still receive update notifications on your iOS device for any applications installed on that device. In addition, you will be able to download previously purchased applications again for free if they are present on your new country’s store. You will not be charged and the download will not appear on your Purchased page.

If a previously purchased application is not available in your new country, you will not be able to download it again for free.

Также я вспомнил, что вопрос изменения страны интересовал меня года два назад, общение с поддержкой я приводил в статье “Что происходит с приложениями и музыкой при смене страны в iTunes Store”:

I understand that you would like to change the country associated with your account “…” from USA to Russia. You would also like to know if you could play your purchased applications in the new country after the country change. I realize the significance of this issue and I will ensure to do my best to help you.

When you change the country associated with your account, you will be able to play your purchased music without any problem. However, you will not be able to update your purchased applications.

За два года многое поменялось.

Реальный опыт @zyafa таков:

Апдейты видятся для тех приложений, которые на девайсе, список Purchased очистился, но при покупке уже купленой проги деньги не списываются

Нормальное и предсказуемое поведение. Как только появятся нужные приложения в iTunes Store Ukraine, так можно будет переключаться.

@stanislavskiy активно общается с разработчиками, чтобы ускорить процесс. Мне очень нравится общение с 1C, эта компания настойчиво требует серийный номер к приложениям для iOS на жёлтом листике (сообщение 1 и сообщение2).
